Before reporting a problem
Please check the latest release first. If the problem remains, include:
- Your operating system and app version.
- Your access mode: GitHub App, Personal Access Token, or read-only.
- Clear steps to reproduce the problem.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Relevant logs or screenshots, with tokens and private data removed.
Warning
Never post an access token, device code, private repository link, or sensitive file information in a public issue.

Service questions
GitHub provides the underlying Release storage. Storage, bandwidth, API limits, account access, and service availability are governed by GitHub. GitHub NetDisk cannot change those limits.
